• Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. This includes writing posts, creating graphics, and producing videos.
• Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and timely updates.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels to foster community engagement and build relationships.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to incorporate innovative ideas and keep content relevant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, PR, and design to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase brand awareness and drive targeted traffic.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a track record of successful social media campaigns.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with social media advertising, and PPC campaigns
• Graphic design / videography experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and creative problem-solving
• Experience in an agency setting or with managing multiple brands at the same time
• Excellent presentation skills (freelance / client facing communication / sales experience)
• Experience working with clients that have multiple locations and social media accounts rolled into a master account
