Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Execute Campaigns: Execute paid campaigns across digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Collaborate & Engage: Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content.

Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools in social and digital advertising.

Support Leadership: Support senior strategists with campaign planning and execution.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on social media management and paid digital advertising.

Skills:

• • Hands-on experience running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, conversions, and engagement metrics.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills, specifically in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
